“From initial proposal to final cleanup this was the best experience I’ve had with any contractor. Springfield did an excellent job replacing my residential flat roof, a particularly challenging job that required creativity in addition to professional skills and workmanship. They were fully responsive to all questions and concerns. Anyone in Michigan needing a flat roof cannot do better than Springfield Roofing.”

“Great communication throughout, from the proposal binder throughout the project. I especially appreciated the weekly update photos and the opportunity to meet the foreman and the crew. Once onsite, the crew made some adjustments that ultimately saved us money. Will use for future projects. I struggled to get some other companies to return my calls, but really did have a top-notch experience throughout. Finished roof looks great.“

“As a commercial property manager, I have to say Springfield is the best flat roofer in Northern Michigan. Very knowledgeable and informative throughout the project. Our recent project had some challenging schedules with rain, additional contractors, and home owners. Springfield was able to accommodate our scheduling and products needs. They made this project a smooth experience. Both crews sent out were fun and very professional. All crew members knew exactly what to do and how to do it – very impressed with the efficiency of the installers. Highly recommend this group! These guys stand by products offered and craftsmanship.”

“The team at Springfield manages customer expectation, installs a superior product and conducts themselves professionally. The office staff is polite and courteous. Other companies should follow their example. I would highly recommend their services for new installation and repair work. No need to call around, just call Springfield and get the job done!”

“First, they were the only one of 5 vendors who actually took core samples and knew exactly what we currently installed on the roof and the condition. Everyone else guessed and guessed wrong. Second, they were competitive in their bids. Third, they spec’d a great product and an innovative installation idea that saved me future maintenance and labor. Finally, Josh, Nick and the team provided excellent customer service as well as an excellent installation. Overall they truly are superior.”
