The Boyne City facility, a metal commercial building, was continuously causing headaches for team members. From watching inclement weather to heat loss and water management, it was time for the team to explore a solution that would minimize disruptions and future headaches and maximize efficiency and quality.
Bulmann Dock and Lift had an aging metal roof that was failing at the surface but structurally sound. A full tear-off was unnecessary. A Duro-Last metal retrofit let us build over the existing roof, add insulation, and install a custom-fabricated PVC membrane without shutting the facility down.
