When it’s finished, your business will have a remarkably low-maintenance roof that comes with a 15-year labor and material warranty – the strongest we’ve found on the market. Additional warranty options are available – 20, 25, and even 30 years. Unlike many other other roof warranties, Duro-Last roofs are not voided because of ponding water.
Additionally, our approach to roofing systems may include installing one or more layers of polyisocyanurate insulation above the roof deck that will aid in reducing the building’s energy usage.
